A private gathering for high-net-worth guests inside one of the most iconic buildings in the region. The brief was simple on paper, hard in execution: deliver an evening that belongs inside the Louvre Abu Dhabi without competing with it.

The direction turned the guest journey into a narrative. Entrance projections set the tone. The media wall carried the story forward. The main stage closed it. Every surface was a chapter. Every light cue, a beat.

The Brief

An exclusive gathering for a small, private audience inside the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Refined. Prestigious. Aligned with the institution. Zero room for anything generic.

The Direction

A narrative journey built from light, projection, and architectural installations. Coastal-inspired patterns threaded from entrance walkway to media wall to main stage. The Jean Nouvel dome was never the backdrop. It was the co-author.

The Outcome

An intimate evening that read as modern, elegant, and exclusively theirs. The museum became the event, not just the venue.

Organic forms, refined materials, and projection mapping came together to create a spatial experience that felt both intimate and grand. Each element was designed to honor the Louvre's architecture while delivering a distinct, immersive atmosphere.
